CAUSE NO. 352 OF 2024 By Sabina Atieno Otieno, of P.O. Box 285, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cornel Ondong’ Obare, who died at Hono Sub-location, on 15th April, 1978. CAUSE NO. 354 OF 2024 By Jasinta Anyango Ochieng, of P.O. Box 362, Ngiya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwal Nyagaya alias Muwal Nyagaya Udo, who died at East Dienya Sub-location, on 18th May, 2000. CAUSE NO. 356 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Oduor Okaka and (2) Paul Osaye Okaka, both of P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Okaka Ogutu alias Okaka Ogutu, who died at Gombe Sub-location, on 18th October, 1998.
