E227 OF 2024 By Ebron Obulifwa Kamwanzo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obulifa Amwanzo, who died at Tongoi Location, on 18th May, 1988. CAUSE NO. E331 OF 2024 By Patrick Atora Andiba, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Opayi Andiba alias Opayi Andiba, who died at Ebusiekwe, on 5th September, 2019. CAUSE NO. E333 OF 2024 By Ambudo Musumba, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Atubwa Saunya, who died at Ebusiekwe, on 2nd March, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) ° days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
