E53 OF 2024 By (1) Anastasia Katee Muumbi and (2) Boniface Nthiwa Mbilo, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Mbilo Muumbi, who died at Kiu, on 2nd July, 2023. CAUSE No. E62 OF 2024 By (1) Stencelus Kangia Nzuki and (2) Gregory Makau Nzuki, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Nzuki Maingi alias Nzuki Maingi, who died at Maatha, on 17th March, 2002. CAUSE No. E63 OF 2024 By (1) Jonathan Muteti Nthusi and (2) Misheck Musau Nthusi, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nthusi' Mainga Mbithi, who died at Makueni County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 10th December, 2019.
