TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2024 By (1) Nzingo Bawa Chai, (2) Rashid Bawa Chai and (3) Haluwa Charo Mulanda, the deceased’s spouses and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bawa Chai Virege, who died on 17th July, 2021. CAUSE No. E124 OF 2024 By (1) Karisa Fondo Shehe, (2) Bahati Kahindi Fondo, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fondo Shehe Fondo alias Fondo Shehe, who died on 13th August, 2005. CAUSE No. E141 OF 2024 By Bahati Kahindi Fondo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahindi Fondo shehe, who died on 28th May, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
