Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s. daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to thie estate of Ombasa Maragia alias Aloys Ombasa Maragia, who died at Mwanionari North Location, on 23rd November, 2008. CAUSE No. E298 OF 2024 _ By (1) Jimmy Omwenga Nyakagwa and (2) Rebecca Moraa Nyakagwa, both of P.O. Box 3809-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and mother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of adiiitiistration intestate to the estaté of Jane Nyamisa Omariba, who died on 2nd January, 2024. 31st October, 2024 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
