TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E270 oF 2024 By (1) Levi Malula Omboko and (2) Zedekiah Okolo Amweyi, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omwayi Otsine Aboka alias Amwayi Atsina, who died at Ebulonga Sub-location, on 19th January, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appeararice in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
