CAUSE No. E49 OF 2024 By (1) Lucy Waithira Kuria and (2) Juliet Wanjiku Kuria, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Misheck Kuria Mbugua, who died at Ilkeelemedungu, on 2) st July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2024 By Esther Wanjugu Gichuki, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Gichuki Kamau, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 4th May, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
