TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2024 By Rose Mbete Mutiso, of P.O. Box 174, Athi River in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Kihara Ngugi, who died on 13th September, 2023. CAUSE No. E43 OF 2023 By (1) Elizabeth Mutanu Nyamai and (2) Monicah Nthunya Joshua, both of P.O. Box 192, Machakos in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Nyamai Joshua, who died on 13th January, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
