TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2023 By Koki Nthiwa Muteti, of P.O. Box 3-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nthiwa Muteti, who died at Kathiani Hospital in Kenya, on 18th April, 2002. CAUSE No. E166 OF 2023 - By Richard Musyoki Mulili, of P.O. Box 1541-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulili Mitu, who died at Kawethei Location, on 23rd August, 2004. CAUSE NO. ES7 OF 2024 By Zipporah Ndunge Makosi, of P.O. Box 121-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anna Mwongeli Makosi, who died at Nguluni, on 10th March, 2003. CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2024 By (1) Consolata Kiloko Mbithi, (2) Patrick Mwania Mbithi and (3) Stephen Nzioka Mbithi, all of P.O. Box 55 2-00520, Ruai in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mbithi Makewa, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 9th December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
