CAUSE NO. E198 OF 2024 By (1) Gideon Peter Waithaka and (2) Stephen Mwaura Gateri, both of P.O. Box 148438-00900, Nakuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilades Wairimu Goko alias Gladys Wairimu Goko, who died at Pipeline, Mbaruk, on 31st July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E225 OF 2024 By Winfrida Akumu Nyamalo, of P.O. Box 12868, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cornel Omusi Odongo alias Omusi Odongo, who died at Owaga Sub-location, on 4th October, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
