E213 OF 2023 By Pius Alaro Ndawa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jones Dawa Alaro, who died on 12th November, 1996. CAUSE NO. E245 oF 2024 By Beatrice Taka Otieno, of P.O. Box 2104-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Otieno Yalo, who died at Chulaimbo C. H., on 8th May, 2021. : The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
