E256 OF 2024 By Alfred Odundo Omolo, of P.O. Box 46, Akala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Omolo Okoth alias Okoth Omolo, who died at Kadero Sub-location, on 6th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E314 OF 2024 By Sophia Akinyi Ochieng, of P.O. Box 1371, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Ochieng Nyabende, who died at Bloom Surgical Centre, on 16th May, 2024. . The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
