Box 93400-80100, Mombasa in “Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration ‘entestate to the estate of Seth Akello Oyim Odhiambo, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Coast in Kenya, on 25th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2024 By Benjamin John Tsuma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phibilia Mwawato Tsuma, who died at Tudor, Mombasa, on 6th March, 2017. CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2024 By (1) Alex Juma Kahindi and (2) Chengo Kahindi Kalama, both of P.O. Box 86~80119, Vipingo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahindi Kalama Madagow alias Kahindi Kalama Madago, who died at Kuruwitu, Kilifi, on 12th September, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
