TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in. CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2024 By (1) Steven Halley Kea and (2) Grace Kamuche Kea, both of P.O. Box 55, Kaloleni in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Louis Kea, who died at Kizurini, on 8th September, 2022. CAUSE No. E113 OF 2024 By Anne Susan N. Mumanyi, of P.O. Box 41637-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eva Priscilla Mumanyi, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 12th November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
