E20 OF 2024 By (1) Nairesiae Nalangu and (2) Felix Saitoti Tompo, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, through Messis. Kulecho & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Turere Tompo, late of Dagoreti South, who died along Southern Bypass, Kareri, on 2nd January, 2021. CAUSE NO. E358 OF 2024 By (1) Stephen Rimui Njau and (2) Clement Njoroge Njau, both of P.O. Box 44241-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, through Méssrs. Matwere Asiyo & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Nyandia Njau, late of Dagoreti South, who died there on 26th March, 2024, The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
