TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Ngala Oseko, (2) Robert Gesabo Atai Oseko and (3) George Morara Morwabe, all of P.O. Box 24145-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Oseko Momanyi alias Momanyi Oseko, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 12th January, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
