TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2024 By Sylvester Ogunya Kechula, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyabemba Kechela alias Albert N. Kechula, who died on 10th August, 1984. CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2024 By Faustina Achieng Makokha, of P.O. Box 63, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Humphrey Davy Mangeni, who died on 18th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. 106 OF 2024 By Demtula Anyango Wandera, of P.O. Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saidi Bioko, who died on 22nd April, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
