TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E46 oF 2022 By Josiah Karioki Onwonga, of P.O. Box 3594, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Onwonga Moranga alias Charles Onuonga, who died on 26th August, 1987. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2023 By Mikeson Nyagwecha Omoke, of P.O. Box 34, Kiamokama in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Omoke Magati, who died at Ram Hospital in Kenya, on 1st May, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
