TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2024 By Kipsilgich Mareiyo Nathan, of P.O. Box 3173, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimasi A. Chesumbai alias Kimasi arap Chesumbai, who died at Tuiyo, on 13th August, 1999. CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2024 By Hillary Tirop Kios, of P.O. Box 894, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chebirir Kobot Chemobo, who died at Lemook, on Ist January, 1960. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
