Box 1-40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Nicholas Oswago Obunga, who died on 12th August, 1997. CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2024 By Siprosa Akumu Ochieng, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Peter Ochieng Atinda, who died on 16th January, 2016. CAUSE NO. E148 OF 2024 By Khairalla Madoru Yusuf, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Yusuf Oloo Khairalah alias Ismael Otieno Yusuf, who died on 17th June, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
