TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E151 OF 2023 By Leah Mbone Sagala, of P.O. Box 126, Soy in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Absalom Safani Sagala, who died at Soy Sub-location, on 30th April, 2019. CAUSE NO. 62 OF 2024 By (1) Victor Odhiambo and (2) Bensilus Murunga Mathakas Owino, both of P.O. Box 25, Lubao in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Owino Obunga alias Owino Opunga, who died on 2nd October, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
