TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2024 By (1) Millah Namubuya Situma and (2) Benard Situma Kilui, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Kirui Situma, who died at District Hospital, Kimilili in Kenya, on 6th November, 2011. CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2024 By (1) Carol Nasimiyu Mukile and (2) Dominic Taracha Bwoya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Musiayo Mukile alias Komeri Mukile, who died at Nakalila, on 6th August, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
