E27 OF 2024 By (1) Assunta Wamucii Ndungu, (2) Anthony Nginyi Mwangi and (3) Peter Nderui Mwangi, the deceased’s daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mwangi Kimangu, who died at Nyakiambi, on 18th January, 2016. CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2024 By (1) Catherine Wambui Gichuru and (2) Mary Wangari Gichuru, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Gichuru Githae, who died at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kenya, on 31st January, 2018. CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2024 By Titus Ng’ang’a Kariuki, of P.O. Box 4069, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathan Kariuki Ng’ang’a, who died at Thitai, on 25th December, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
