CAUSE No, 11 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Kananu Marangu and (2) Thomas Kimani Gakobo, both of P.O. Box 7449, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Njoroge Gakobo, who died at Miguta, on 2nd June, 2023. CAUSE NO. 87 OF 2024 By (1) Michael Chege Mburu and (2) Joyce Gathoni Mburu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mburu Munyutu, who died at Matimbei, on 30th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. 98 OF 2024 By (1) Hannah Wambui Kahugu and (2) Hlestakov Kahugu Ngandu, both of P.O. Box 33, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ngandu Githu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 9th November, 2023.
