TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E180 OF 2023 By Joseph Nguri Karoki, of P.O. Box 301-01000, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karoki Gathere, who died at Githunguri, on 24th April, 2010. CAUSE NO. E203 OF 2024 By (1) Susan Watiri Kariuki and (2) Eunice Wanjiku Njoroge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Kariuki, who died at Kiranga, on 19th July, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
