Box 525, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplangat Chumo, who died at Kipajit, on Sth April, 1982. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2024 By Kiprotich Tarmenay Nick, of P.O. Box 139, Ndanai in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kisaroni Kipkemo Morisik, who died at Ndanai, on 13th January, 1998. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2024 By Evaline Chepkemoi Ngetich, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to'the’ estate of Simon Kabwebwe Ngetich, who died at Tenwek Hospital, on:26th December, 2022. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2024 By Wilson Chirchir, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipchirchir Rotich, who died at Tenwek Hospital, on 17th November, 2022.
