TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2024 ‘By (1) Esther Wanjiru Muchema, (2) Lucy Nyambura Muchema and (3) Joyce Njoki Muchema, all of P.O. Box 23071, Lower Kabete in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammy Muchema Gichia, who died at Kenyatta Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd February, 2013. CAUSE No. E28 oF 2024 By (1) Naserian ene Kisimir, (2) Elizabeth Sein Lamei and (3) Simon Muriati Tamei, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lamei Mwanta, who died at Nkama Sub-location, on 3rd March, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
