TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E46 OF 2024 By (1) Francis Irungu Njuguna and (2) Paul Nduhiu Wanjohi, both of P.O. Box 10, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased’s son and step brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyawira Wanjohi Kimondo alias Nyawira Wanjohi, who died at Mary Immaculate Hospital in Kenya, on 21st January, 1990. CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2024 By (1) Evans Murigi Gachau and (2) Joseph Mbugua Gachau, both of P.O. Box 129, Ndaragwa in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wachuka Nganga, who died at NDH, on 23rd December, 1995. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2024 By Heither Wnajiku Njuguna, of P.O. Box 20, Rumuruti in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Waithaka Kihara, who died Kaharati, on 15th December, 2023.
