TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2024 By Lucy Wanjiru Mwaniki, of P.O. Box 82, Baricho in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to-the estate of Lawii Njiru Mbugi, who died a at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 12th September, 2012. . CAUSE NO. E70-0F 2024 By (1) Mary Wanjiru Mwangi and QQ), ‘Peter Mwangi job; both of P.O. Box 70, Baricho in Kenya, the deceaséd’s daughter’ and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mwangi Kariungi, who died at Kiangai. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya, Gazette.
