TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2023 By Manyeso Kitsao, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyevu Kitsao Mwandoro, who died on Sth January, 2012. CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Kenga Mwangiri, (2) Gabriel Deche Mwangiri and (3) Michael Chai Mwangiri, the deceased's brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Humphrey Benjamin Mwangiri, who died at Marare, Kilifi, on 7th June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2024 By Katana Mwango Kalu, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzingo Kambe Nzai, who died at Kuruwitu, on 8th July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
