E38 OF 2024 By Lydia Kakuthu Wafula, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Wafula Malyamungu, who died on 23rd June, 2006. CAUSE No. E51 OF 2024 By Simon Muema Kaveke, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Muema Kaveke, who died at Shimba Hills, on 9th February, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
