CAUSE No, E30 OF 2024 By (1) Francis Kombe Hare and (2) Asha Karisa Mae, the deceased’s father and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Kajembe Kombe, who died on 20th August, 2017. CAUSE No. E47 OF 2024 By Bahati Chengo Mleli, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mkutano Chengo Mleli, who died on 4th December, 2023.
