TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E300 OF 2024 By Fredrick Odero Olima, of P.O. Box 83-40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Duona Nyakala, who died at Nyangoma, on 21st April, 1993. CAUSE NO. E326 OF 2024 By Thomas Orondo Oloo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Oloo Adhiambo, who died at Bar Agulu Sub-location, on 29th December, 2003. CAUSE NO. E329 OF 2024 By George Oduor Ahenda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wiliam Ahenda Otieno alias William Ahenda, who died at Ndori Sub-location, on 4th October 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
