TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2024 By Fredrick Mayaka Ndege, of P.O. Box 200-40501, Ikonge in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyoriana Kerubo Ndege alias Kerubo Ndege, who died at Boisanga II, on 22nd January, 2006. CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2024 By Samuel Oyioka Osese, of P.O. Box 229, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osese Oyioka, who died at Nyachichi, on 13th December, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
