E31 OF 2024 By Priscila Imali Mugodo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Mugodo Luvana, who died at County Referral Hospital, Bungoma in Kenya, on 7th April, 2022. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2024 By (1) Too Samwel Kibet and (2) Patrick Kiprop Too, both of P.O. Box 1189-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptoo arap Bor Wilson, who died at Ziwa, on 15th August, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
