TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: ; CAUSE NO. E221 OF 2024 By Jones Mwanzia Ngwatu, of P.O. Box 29-90302, Kathonzweni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kimotho Ngwatu, who died on 24th February, 2004. CAUSE No. E222 OF 2024 By (1) Ndinda Raphael Kasyoka,and (2) Annah Munini Kivuva, both of P.O. Box 1-90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the @State of Kivuva Ndavi alias Kibuba Ndabi, who died on 15th November, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
