E25 OF 2022 By Mbete Samuel, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kikatu Muange Kilungu alias Kikatu Mwange Kilungu alias Kikatu Mwange, who died at Thokoa Sub-location, on 27th December, 2000. CAUSE NO. ES1 OF 2022 By (1) Cephason Mutemi Musyoka and (2) Francis Matii Musyoka, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyoka Nzinga Kiinga, who died at Kavukoni, Kyanika, on 29th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2023 By Nzambi Katuku, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Katuku Mbuvi, who died at Thokoa Sub-location, on 25th July, 1999. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2024 By Beatrice Nduni Muli, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muli Musyoki alias Muli Musyoka, who died at Mukuthu Sub-location, on 18th May, 1989.
