TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2024 By (1) Paul Kinyanjui Kimani and (2) Samuel Njuki Kimani, both of P.O. Box 11, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimani Muya, who died at Naivasha Sub-County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2024 By Josphat Wainaina Mugo, of P.O. Box 1-20116, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambui Njera Mugo, who died at Kiambogo Sub-location, on 2nd September, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
