TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 405 OF 2023 By Gladys Wariara Gachwiri, of P.O. Box 184-001 1004, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Maina Kiarie, who died at South B, on 26th February, 2000 CAUSE NO. 161 OF 2024 By (1) John Wambugu Muraguri, (2) Joseph Wambugu Muraguri and (3) Philip Mbitu Muraguri, all of P.O. Box 48, Ng’arua in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Muraguri Wambugu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 9th September, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
