TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 82 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Mburu Mukuma and (2) Johnson Karuga Mburu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christine Nyambura Waweru, who died at Gatuanyaga Sub-location, on 7th September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2024 By Joshua Ng’ang’a Njoroge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Njoroge Muthondu, who died at Munyu, Gatuanyaga, on 16th August, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
