CAUSE NO. 175 OF 2024 By (1) Mukassa Jotham Lukunya and (2) Feba Nasambu Lukunya both of P.O. Box 8, Bungoma in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow respectively for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lukunya Wekesa who died at Bulondo, on Ist October, 1990. CAUSE NO. E211 OF 2024 By Pasilisa Nangekhe Lukhubi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Lukhubi Wamani, who died at Watoya, on 12th February, 1996. CAUSE NO. E261 OF 2024 By Simon Chesiro Temoi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sende Maket alias Sende Namunyu, who died at Bukonoi, Sasuri, on 1st January, 1979.
