TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E554 OF 2024 By Protus Omanyangoli Achando, of P.O. Box 43-50100, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Achanda Omolo, who died at Eshisiru, on 13th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E577 OF 2024 By Joseph Kadamo Marugumi, of P.O. Box 254, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kadamo Marugumi, who died at Musaga, on 20th December, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
