Husna Caroline Wanbu alias Caroline Nafuna Nabulia alias Carolyne Nafuna Wambu and (2) Florence Khatagala Maloya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Simiyu Nabulia alias Nabulya, who died at Khasolo, on 3rd October, 2015. CAUSE NO. E334 OF 2023 By Beverly Nafula Nuthu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edith Dianah Nekoye Simiyu, who died on 21st December, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
