TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E335 OF 2024 By James Tambiti Ombito, of P.O. Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mayunga Ombiti alias Fred Joseph Ombito, who died at Nanderema Sub-location, on 3rd November, 1999. CAUSE NO. E336 OF 2024 By Tobias Matsotso Adika, of P.O. Box 76, Bumala in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ouma alias Samwel Ouma Adika, who died at Esikoma Sub-location, on 14th December, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
