E571 OF 2023 By Emilly Akinyi Otieno, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Luke Stephen Otieno, who died at Katieno East, on 18th April, 2019. CAUSE NO. E186 OF 2024 By Akwany Jenipher Opino, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Akwany Omungo, who died on 3rd July, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
