TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E252 OF 2023 By Shem Akech, of P.O. Box 1226-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dan Onyango Akech, who died at Nyamware North, on 5th August, 1996. CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2024 By Margaret Owago Ngodi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Willis Ngondi Ayock alias Ngodi Ayako, who died on 16th June, 2006. CAUSE NO. E264 OF 2024 By Muryke Anyango Obuke, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zedekia Okome Opiyo, who died on 29th June, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
