TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. E242 OF 2024 By (1) Emmanuel Ouma Alai and (2) Joseph Ng’wono Alli, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enosh Richard Alai alias Richard Enos Alai, who died at Got Ouko, Muhoroni East, on 17th April, 1984. CAUSE NO. E250 OF 2024 By John Gordon Olilo, of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Olang Ouko, who died on 13th February, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
