TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E651 OF 2023 By (1) Christine Akinyi Obiero, (2) Beatrice Adhiambo Owino Obiero, (3) Eunice Atieno Obiero and (4) Isaac Owino Obiero, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charlton Elijah Obiero Owino alias Obiero Owino, who died at Jalaram NMH, on 28th August, 2020. CAUSE NO. E244 oF 2024 By Lillian Anyango Otieno, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rusalia Odeny Jobita, who died on Ist September, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
