TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E325 OF 2024 By (1) Peninah Wangari Muiru and (2) Njogu Thuku, both of P.O. Box 21-20100, Elburgon in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peninah Muthoni Macharia alias Penina Muthoni Macharia who died at Mwatu, Kasarani, on 15th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
