TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E199 OF 2023 By Jumaa Shongwe Juma, of P.O. Box 90424, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shongwe Jumaa Shongwe, who died at Mgumo wa Patsa, on 2nd November, 2002. CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2024 By Solanki Hema Pankaj Chandulal, the executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of Pankaj Chandulal Premji Solanki, who died at Mombasa, on 20th December, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
